Introduction:
Enameled wire is a main variety of winding wire, which is composed of conductor and insulating layer. After the bare wire is annealed and softened, it is painted and baked many times.

Advantages:
Size
The enamelled copper wire has thin enameling insulation. As you can see it widely used in Transformers, motors, and generators, which are all machines based on the coil. As Enamel Copper Wire takes up less space in coil formation so it makes more effective and compact coils with higher efficiency.

Conductivity
Enameled copper winding wires are widely used in electric devices because of their conductivity. Enameled copper wire is meant to carry electrical currents and it has less resistance than almost any other insulated wire. This means that generators using enamel copper wires will produce more electricity than generators using most other substances.

Resistance to Corrosion
Enameled copper magnet wire is the material of choice for use in electrical circuits, as it lasts for a long time.

Enameled Copper Magnet Wire typically uses one to three layers of polymer film insulation, often of two different compositions, to provide a tough, continuous insulating layer.

Application:
The enamelled round copper wires reach to production standards: IEC60317,NEMA MW1000/JIS C3202.
