Since 1993, LP Industry has been a leading enameled wire producer of Oxygen Free High Conductivity Copper, pure aluminum and insulated wires. Today, we produce magnet wire and high-performance wire components for industrial applications around the world. Below, learn more about our different copper, wire and cable, and conductor products.

Wires and Cables From LP Industry

Aluminum is a metal element that is well known for its malleability, versatility, and electrical conductivity. It’s a popular choice for forming wiring and strips that are used in a wide variety of transformers and motors..

Enameled Aluminum Wire

Enamelled aluminum wire is the main variety of winding wire. It consists of conductors and insulating layers. After the bare wire is softened by annealing, it is painted and baked several times. Enameled aluminum wire has excellet - high temperature resistance, mechanical properties, electrical properties and chemical properties and freezing resistance. It is suitable for refrigeration equipment that works for a long time at 200 °C and electrical equipment that is chemically eroded, dry-type transformers, oil-immersed Transformers and epoxy casting transformers, iron removers, electromagnets and other electromechanical equipment.

Paper Insulated Magnet Wires

Rectangular wires are commonly used components for electrical equipment like transformers and welding tools. The high degree of electrical and thermal conductivity our copper wiring offers requires equally high-performance insulation to reduce the risk of electrical interference or thermal buildup in equipment. Our paper insulated rectangular wires are wrapped in papers that prevent the electrical wires from making contact with moisture, dust, other wire components, and more. The available paper insulation options include:

  • Crepe paper
  • Kraft paper
  • Nomex® paper
  • Thermally stabilized paper
  • And more

Special Insulated Magnet Wires

They need to be combined with specialty insulation for particularly sensitive applications or extreme environments. Our specialty insulation materials include:

  • Enamel-glass yarn, which involves enameling, winding, and epoxy coating wires for high-voltage equipment like generators.
  • Kapton insulation, which is a polyimide film that can handle the high-temperature and high-voltage demands of aerospace equipment.
  • Mica tape for additional strength and high resistivity.

Continuously Transposed Cable (CTC)

Continuously Transposed Cable are transposed and enameled wire cables wrapped in insulation. CTCs offer a wide range of potential wire positions to end-users and come in many different configurations. At LP Industry, our manufacturing team can create custom transformer winding diameters for virtually any application. Clients can specify between 4 and 49 wire strands per CTC and select standard O.F.H.C. wires, hardened-type CTCs, polyester-roped CTCs, or self-bonding CTCs.

Main parts of Motors and Transformers From LP Industry

Aluminum strip is an aluminum deep-processed product formed by aluminum coil slitting. It is an important raw material in industry. Copper tape is a metal element, the product specification is 0.1~3×50~250mm copper tape products in various states, mainly used for the production of electrical components, lamp caps, battery covers, buttons, seals, connectors, mainly used for For electrical, thermal, and corrosion-resistant equipment.

Aluminum Strips

The raw materials of the aluminum strip are pure aluminum or aluminum alloy cast-rolled aluminum coils and hot-rolled aluminum coils, which are rolled into thin aluminum coils of different thicknesses and widths by a cold rolling mill, and then longitudinally slit into different widths by a slitting machine according to the application. of aluminum strips. Commonly used alloy grades of aluminum strips are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 8011, etc. Commonly used states are O state and H state. O represents the soft state and H represents the hard state. O and H can be followed by numbers to indicate the degree of softness and hardness, and the degree of annealing.

Copper Strips

At LP Industry, our metal fabrication experts use pure copper to manufacture copper tape for applications ranging from automotive components to generators. Our copper strip is produced in our in-house integrated casting station, wire drawing and rolling mill.
